    CIUDAD DEL CARMEN, Campeche. – En intensa gira de trabajo por el municipio, la gobernadora Layda Elena Sansores San Román reafirmó su compromiso para solucionar las deficiencias del abastecimiento de agua y de energía eléctrica; además anunció proyectos buscando impulsar la economía local y mejorar las calles, y con la ayuda de los ciudadanos, los servicios públicos.

    «El Carmen siempre está en nuestro corazón y siempre lo estará y créannos que vamos hacer siempre lo posible para que tenga justicia» expuso en su tercer día consecutivo de gira de trabajo por los municipios del Estado, en que puso en marcha las Caravanas del Jaguar, entregó títulos de propiedad, apoyos a actividades productivas y firmó el convenio de cesión de terreno para la construcción de la subestación eléctrica en la comunidad de San Antonio Cárdenas que abastecerá de luz eléctrica a las comunidades de la Península de Atasta.

    «Yo sé que el problema del agua es muy complicado en el Carmen, que les indigna y a mí también, pero estamos buscando la manera de resolverlo», enfatizó la Gobernadora luego de escuchar las peticiones de los habitantes a la llegada a su primer evento.

    Acompañada del secretario de Gobierno, Aníbal Ostoa Ortega y del alcalde, Pablo Gutiérrez Lazarus, durante su discurso explicó que la situación que padecen los carmelitas es por que los tubos que abastecen el agua están muy viejos y no se preocuparon anteriormente por solucionar el problema.

    Señaló que no se había escuchado gritar al Carmen y exigirle a los gobiernos priístas que querían que se revisará todo el acueducto que costó dos mil millones tirados al mar por el ex presidente Peña Nieto. «Aquí estaban todos calladitos, pero ahora sí protestan porque saben que están en un ambiente democrático y nosotros buscamos alternativas de solución», sostuvo.

    Informó que ya se mandó un equipo para localizar la fuga entre tanta tubería, pero que no se trata de poner parches, sino de realizar un proyecto que solucione el problema y que ya se revisa con el alcalde y con los especialistas para que, si es posible, el nuevo acueducto no sea enterrado.

    «El acueducto que hizo mi padre y que es el que sigue dándoles agua hasta donde se puede, lo enterraron muy bien entonces no tiene problema, pero este último que hizo Peña Nieto para ahorrarse unos centavitos lo hicieron muy arriba y a cada rato tenemos los problemas que ustedes ya conocen y sufren las consecuencias», subrayó.

    Sansores San Román manifestó que tiene muy en cuenta que es un problema muy sentido y que no se ha echado en «saco roto», pero sí se volvió una prioridad. «Ésto va a salir porque va a salir y no sé de donde va a salir el dinero pero lo primero que debe tener resuelto el Carmen son las dos plantas hidroeléctricas en Atasta y el problema del agua», aseguró ante cientos de carmelitas.

    Dejó en claro que comparte el sentir de los carmelitas por la carencia de agua cuando este municipio dio tanto petróleo a la Patria. «¡Claro que lo vamos a exigir y yo no sé de dónde va a salir el dinero pero va a salir y Carmen va a tener lo que realmente se merece, que es agua y luz!», destacó.

    JUSTICIA A ATASTA QUE HA PAGADO CON CRECES EXPLOTACIÓN PETROLERA

    Por la tarde, en el último punto de su gira, en la comunidad de San Antonio Cárdenas, tras firmar el convenio de cesión de terreno para la construcción de la subestación eléctrica reconoció la generosidad de Rosario Baqueiro Acosta, donante del terreno y lo puso como ejemplo para todo el pueblo que un día dejó de ser solidario.

    «Se perdió la solidaridad y la hermandad que un pueblo debe de tener, nadie quiere dar un poco de lo que tiene y eso es porque hemos vivido durante mucho tiempo en la injusticia bajo tiranos que nos gobernaban sin ponerse de lado del pueblo», aseveró luego de escuchar las necesidades de los pobladores y también sus agradecimientos por estar pendiente de ellos.

    Sansores San Román puntualizó que la estación eléctrica será construida mitad la CFE, mitad el gobierno y «hoy vamos a devolver el sentido de la solidaridad y que los ricos sean amigos de los pobres, que todos trabajemos para que las comunidades crezcan y que tengamos el Campeche que tanto deseamos», finalizó.

    EN MARCHA CARAVANAS DEL JAGUAR

    La Gobernadora inició su gira de trabajo en el Carmen en la cancha techada de usos múltiples del Parque Central donde puso en marcha las Caravanas de Jaguar en la que participan dependencias estatales y federales buscando acercar a través de stand de atención personalizada, los servicios a la ciudadanía.

    Además de vehículos móviles que recorrerán todos los municipios.
    Entre las dependencias estatales que participan están, la Secretaría de Gobierno; Salud, Seguridad Pública, Desarrollo Agropecuario, Educación, Semabicce, Contraloría, Turismo, así como la Fiscalía General del Estado, Instituto de Cultura, Seproci, DIF, Injucam, Codesvi, Imec, Bancampeche, Inclusión, entre otras.

    Entre las dependencias federales están Conafor, Diconsa, Liconsa, Conalep y la delegación de programas de desarrollo. Los servicios que prestarán serán expedición de licencias, trámites de protección civil, desarrollo urbano, recaudadora móvil de catastro municipal, caja de Smapac entre otros.

    En el evento, luego de un recorrido por los stand, la titular de la Secretaría de Bienestar, Xóchitl Mejía Ortiz destacó que en las caravanas dan constancia de que el gobierno de la Cuarta Transformación está presente y apoya con asesorías al pequeño comerciante, madres solteras y todos los que lo necesiten y la prioridad siempre serán los más pobres.

    «Esta es nuestra esencia, la esencia de una Gobernadora diferente, la de hacer gobierno en las calles, cercano y sensible al pueblo», dijo.
    Posteriormente, en la «Unidad Deportiva Maderas» entregó las primeras escrituras de la segunda etapa de regularización de la colonia Bivalvo. En la primera etapa se entregaron 23, en esta segunda 64 y en la tercera serán 27 para un total de 114 escrituras.

    Ahí, la Gobernadora, luego que el alcalde mencionara que en el municipio de Carmen hay más de 14 mil predios en situación irregular, destacó que continuará con la reparación de calles de la colonia, pero pidió a los habitantes que, además de cuidarlas, cumplan con el pago de sus impuestos para que tengan los servicios necesarios. «La colonia tiene que quedar bien y sea el legado de sus hijos. Peso que entre, peso que se va a traducir en beneficio a las comunidades».

    Más tarde, en el Centro de Convenciones y Exposiciones «Carmen XXI» entregó 410 órdenes de pago para impulsar actividades productivas del programa «Economía Familiar», con inversión de más de dos millones en beneficio de 23 comunidades del municipio. Este año el programa Economía Familiar en su componente Actividades Productivas entregará $7.6 millones entre beneficiarios de los 13 municipios.

    Antes de la entrega, la Gobernadora recorrió los espacios de exposición de diversas empresas locales beneficiadas con este programa, entre ellos de artesanías, dulces tradicionales, pastelerías y mercerías.

    La Directora del Instituto de la Mujer (IMEC), Vania Kelleher Hernández, en su segunda gira de trabajo por el municipio de El Carmen, cortó el listón inaugural de la instalación de la Unidad Móvil Itinerante del IMEC, en la Universidad Autónoma de El Carmen (UNACAR), así como del Programa “Universidad Segura y Libre de Violencias”, donde el rector José Ruz Hernández, resaltó el trabajo coordinado que realizan las 2 instituciones en favor de la comunidad estudiantil y de los trabajadores para acabar con el círculo de la violencia.
    Asimismo, contando con la presencia de la Secretaria de Bienestar, Xóchitl Pitzahuatl Mejía Ortiz; de Ligia Nicthe-há Rodríguez Mejía, presidenta de la Comisión de Derechos Humanos y de Gladys Rivera López, directora del Instituto Municipal de la Mujer de Carmen (IMC), atestiguó la firma de Convenio entre la Secretaría de Bienestar y la Universidad Autónoma de El Carmen (UNACAR), entre otras actividades de beneficio para la mujer, celebradas en el Campus Universitario.
    La Directora General del IMEC, dijo que el Gobierno de Layda Sansores, realiza acciones serias y responsables para ayudar a las mujeres y Secretarías como la de Bienestar con Xóchitl Mejía y de Educación con Raúl Pozos, realizan con el IMEC un trabajo coordinado y eficiente.
    –Ahora con la UNACAR y su rector José Ruz Hernández, tenemos la seguridad que se avanzará en estos temas tan importantes. Estamos plenamente convencidos de que vamos a trabajar en las diferentes acciones para abonar a la eliminación de la violencia en las instituciones educativas, con la creación de la red de “Universidades Violetas–, puntualizó.
    Kelleher Hernández, coincidió con el rector José Antonio Ruz Hernández, sobre los beneficios que se brindarán a las y los trabajadores, así como a la comunidad estudiantil, con la Unidad Móvil Itinerante, pues, podrán acceder a servicios preventivos integrales de trabajo social, psicológicos, jurídicos, ultrasonido pélvico y obstétrico, así como exploración de mamas.
    Luego de agradecer al Titular de la Secretaría de Gobierno, Daniel Lanz, informó que trabajan en coordinación y transversalidad para presentar la iniciativa para Prevenir el Acoso y la Violencia en el Transporte Público, pues, se tiene el firme propósito de erradicar el acoso en el transporte público y crear los Espacios Seguros para las Mujeres, para erradicar las prácticas sexistas e incorporar la perspectiva de género.
    Por último, dijo que la violencia de género sigue siendo una realidad en el país y las universidades no están exentas, por lo que se trabaja para detenerla.

    En el Puerto Isla de Carmen, se reciben embarcaciones especializadas para los servicios al sector petrolero, como el “Geo Explorer”, equipada y destinada para estudios, toma de muestras del suelo y geotecnia; cuenta con instrumentos y equipos específicos, así como también un laboratorio instalado, informó la Administración Portuaria Integral de Campeche (APICAM), Gerencia Carmen.

    Añadió, que durante el tiempo que estuvo en el recinto portuario, realizaron carga y descarga de materiales al área de plataformas, así como la toma de muestras y pruebas microbiológicas en alimentos.

    Dicha embarcación, funciona con sistema de anclaje y una vez llegado al sitio de trabajo se posiciona de acuerdo con las coordenadas especificadas; posteriormente realiza una perforación para la toma de muestras y el estudio del suelo, al ser recolectada se analiza dentro de su laboratorio y se toman mediciones para conocer las características.

    El Geo Explorer, de bandera panameña, con eslora de 64.21 metros y 12.24 metros de manga, navega hacia aguas del Caribe con destino a tierras colombianas.

    He also commented that in the midst of the health emergency, his government has not stopped working to respond to the needs of the population, such is the case of the urgent supply of water for the families of Calakmul.

    He noted that at the same time works continue to be developed throughout the state and although there are some that can already be inaugurated, due to the health recommendations, a better time should be expected.

    To conclude, Aysa González urged the population to continue applying hygiene measures and stay at home, because although in general terms the situation of the pandemic in the state is controlled because the majority of people have understood the degree of the health problem , in the municipality of Carmen, special attention is kept due to the oil activity that cannot be stopped.
