The head of The Secretariat of Tourism (Sectur), Jorge Enrique Manos Esparragoza, following the instructions of the Governor Carlos Miguel Aysa González, during a visit in Ciudad del Cármen,they, held a working meeting with the aim of analyzing strategies to reactivate the tourism activities in the municipality.
The head of SECTUR highlighted the start of nautical tourism activities in Isla Aguada and the Viva Aerobús airline starting from November 13.
Manos Esparragoza met with Oscar Román Rosas González, municipal president of Carmen, where coordination agreements were established to monitor tourism activities. Finally, he point out that it is important to continue applying health protocols, not to lower our guard during this stage of the contingency.
During the meeting, José Alejandro Fuentes Alvarado, president of the Business Coordinating Council of Ciudad del Carmen, Alberto Can Sánchez, director of Economic and Social Development, on behalf of Oscar Román Rosas González, municipal president of Carmen, Victoria Álvarez Casanova, president of the Association of Hotels and Motels of Ciudad del Carmen and Encarnación Cajun Uc, president of the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry AC in Ciudad del Carmen.
