The UFC holds its first Las Vegas event with a live crowd tonight at T-Mobile Arena. The pay-per-view card, which streams on ESPN+, is UFC 264. A third fight between former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor and ex-interim UFC lightweight champ Dustin Poirier headlines the event.
McGregor and Poirier first faced off in September 2014 at the featherweight limit of 145 pounds. McGregor won that contest by TKO at 1:46 of the first stanza.
The second meeting between the two took place at UFC 257 and was contested at the lightweight limit of 155 pounds. Poirier walked away with the victory after he finished the fight via TKO at 2:32 of Round 2.
Tonight’s rubber match between the two competitors, which will be contested at lightweight, could turn out to be the biggest fight card of 2021 for the UFC. Before the two meet for the third and possibly final time, watch the second scrap between the two below.
UFC 264 takes place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The main card streams on ESPN+ pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN and ESPN+ and early prelims on UFC Fight Pass.
