24 psychologists from the Women’s Institute of the State of Campeche (IMEC) received online training for the operation and perfomance of the emotional containment program «Caring for Those Who Take Care of Us», which adds the telephone number 9811060985 for women from the health sector which they can communicate and receive psychological counseling immediately.
The general director of the IMEC, Adriana Ortiz Lanz pointed out that the training of psychologists, legal and social workers who have the professional profile and experience necessary for the care of women has been continued in the cases of the health sector that is experiencing difficulties in medical care derived from the COVID-19 pandemic.
She reported that since last April development training called «Psychological First Aid» it was carried out from the invitation of the Mental Health module of the Secretary of Health of the State of Campeche.
Likewise, they received the course «Telephone Assistance Strategies for People in Situations of Violence Derived from Confinement by Contingency COVID-19», carried out by the National Institute for Social Development (INDESOL) and the invitation of the national coordination of the PAIMEF.
