THE GOVERNOR OF CAMPECHE CMAG INAUGURATED A NEW VIVA AEROBUS AIR ROUTE

Governor Carlos Miguel Aysa González cut the inaugural ribbon of the new air route of the Viva Aerobus company, which this morning began operations in the entity with the arrival of its first flight Mexico City-San Francisco de Campeche, bringing 103 passengers to aboard an Airbus A320 spacecraft.

At the Alberto Acuña Ongay International Airport, accompanied by the Secretary General of the Government, Pedro Armentía López and the general director of the Viva Aerobus group, Juan Carlos Zuazua Cosío, the state governor welcomed travelers from the country’s capital.

Aysa González stressed that the opening of the airline’s activities will contribute to strengthening the economic reactivation of the state, because taking advantage of the green health status that it has within the Epidemiological Risk Traffic Light, the local tourism industry in the commercial, hotel and restaurateur, and will help preserve jobs.

With the arrival of the first plane, Viva Aerobus begins its operations in the state capital on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays on the Mexico City-San Francisco de Campeche route, with departure time at 6:15 am and arrival at 8:10 am; With the same frequency, the return to the capital of the country will be at 8:40 a.m. and arrival at 10:35 a.m.

In addition, starting tomorrow the airline will begin activity in Ciudad del Carmen three times a week -Monday, Wednesday and Friday- with the Mexico City-Ciudad del Carmen route and schedules from 6: 15-8: 10 in the morning, and Ciudad de Carmen-Mexico City from 8: 40-10: 35 am.

Also present at the opening ceremony were the secretaries of Tourism, Jorge Manos Esparragoza; of Public Security, Jorge Argáez Uribe and of Civil Protection, Edgar Hernández Hernández.
