The Culture Secretariat of the Executive Power of the State of Campeche (SECULT), through the General Directorate of Popular, Indigenous and Urban Cultures calls to participate in the Program of Multilingual and Community Cultural Actions (PACMyC) that is carried out in order to benefit the participants through the provision of financial support to develop an intervention or a cultural project whose main purpose is to promote the safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage.
The PACMyC will support projects aimed at strengthening cultural processes in areas such as: Worldviews, Community Practices, Popular Arts, Food Cultures, Traditional Technologies, Community Pedagogies and Protection of Collective Rights.
The objective is to attend to indigenous, Afro-descendant, vulnerable groups or communities belonging to rural and urban areas with this interest, for which a maximum amount has been allocated for each of the selected interventions of $ 40,000.00 forty thousand pesos 00/100 M.N. and in projects of up to $ 100,000.00 one hundred thousand pesos 00/100 M.N. The closing of this call will be on Friday, May 29, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. For the first time, the reception of proposals in Campeche will be carried out by email: [email protected], this, in follow-up to the implementation of the National Day of Healthy Distance in the presence of the coronavirus COVID-19 in Mexico.
