Today we celebrate another year of our beloved Campeche, said the president of the Board of the State System for the Integral Development of the Family (DIF), Victoria Damas de Aysa, as she led the meeting in the central courtyard of the Carvajal Mansion. carried out symbolically on the occasion of Campechanidad Day.
In the midst of a colorful and emotional atmosphere, the president of the Board of Trustees, accompanied by the general director of SEDIF, Sonia María Castilla Treviño, opened the tour that was directed by the Folkloric Ballet of the School of Artistic Education of the Campechano Institute and enlivened by the charanga of the institution, who delighted those present with various hearty melodies.
“This year we have to celebrate in a different way, but with the same enthusiasm, we adjust 480 years of the founding of the Villa de San Francisco de Campeche and although it has been a year of many challenges, we are very happy to be able to share in this significant meeting , our history, our values, customs and traditions, ”Damas de Aysa told those present.
During his speech, he also took the opportunity to invite them to continue to redouble their efforts both in the municipalities and in their respective dependencies to continue benefiting more folksy families, “since there is no better way to celebrate our state than by ensuring the well-being of all and all ”, he pointed out.
The event was attended by the presidents of the Municipal DIF Systems; the members of the Board of Trustees and staff of the State DIF System; as well as voluntary promoters.
