MEXICO.- The Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) is emerging as the winner in Coahuila and Hidalgo.
In his social networks, Alejandro Moreno, president of the National Executive Committee (CEN) of the PRI, shared a video of the supposed victory.
Likewise, sources from the National Executive Committee of the tricolor affirmed that based on exit polls, their candidates won in at least 13 of the 16 majority councils that were disputed in Coahuila.
In Hidalgo the municipal presidencies were disputed.
