According to the Epidemiological Traffic Light COVID-19, this Monday, June 1, Campeche will maintain the red alert for the population and the yellow alert for essential activities, so that companies related to the construction and mining industry will also be able to resume their work. ,the Governor Carlos Miguel Aysa González announced at a working meeting of the COVID-19 State Coordinating Center.
He clarified that for all the community in the social, educational and labor activities considered non-essential, the application of confinement, personal protection and hygiene measures remains current.
Meanwhile, the sectors that will have activities are obliged to strictly comply with the provisions of keeping a safe distance, using mouthpiece, sanitizing facilities, equipment and transport, as well supervising the health of their workers, among other health security measures.
During the meeting that took place in the House of Governors, the governor confirmed the statement made by the President Andrés Manuel López Obrador during his morning conference, relative that he will visit the state next Wednesday to give the green light to start the construction of the Train Maya.
In the presence of federal, state and Armed Forces officials, Aysa González exposed the approach he presented to the Government of Mexico, within the Executive Health Commission of Conago, so that the epidemiological traffic light system COVID-19 measures by separated the degree of risk of the oil industry from the security level of sanitary presented by the 11 municipalities of the state.
He added that as the traffic light indicates the state’s sanitary conditions, other activities will gradually open up; For now, he mentioned, they are working already doing a design of protocols for when the tourism and hotel industry restarts.
For his part, the state secretary of Health, José Luis González Pinzón, presented the state epidemiological situation and said that Campeche remains with a low average mobility.
He explained that the COVID-19 traffic light system will identify the risk levels – maximum, high, medium or low – that each entity presents through the colors red, orange, yellow and green, which will determine which activities will be gradually incorporated. to the ‘new normality.’.
Finally, he commented that the instrument will measure the conditions presented by each state in the categories of hospital occupation, hospitalization trend, COVID-19 syndrome trend and percentage of positivity.
Among the government authorities who were present at the meeting, participating the Secretary General of the Government, Pedro Armentía López; of Social and Human Development, Christian Castro Bello and Public Security, Jorge Argáez Uribe, as well the president of the Superior Court of Justice, Miguel Ángel Chuc López.

De acuerdo al Semáforo Epidemiológico COVID-19, este lunes 1 de junio Campeche mantendrá la alerta roja para la población y la amarilla para las actividades esenciales, por lo que las empresas relacionadas con la industria de la construcción y la minería también podrán retomar sus labores, dio a conocer el gobernador Carlos Miguel Aysa González en la reunión de trabajo del Centro Coordinador Estatal COVID-19.
Aclaró que para toda la comunidad y las actividades sociales, educativas y laborales consideradas no esenciales se mantiene vigente la aplicación de las medidas de confinamiento, de protección personal e higiene.
En tanto, los sectores que tendrán actividades están obligados a cumplir estrictamente con las disposiciones de guardar sana distancia, usar cubrebocas, sanitizar instalaciones, equipos y transportes, así como supervisar la salud de sus trabajadores, entre otras medidas de seguridad sanitaria.
Durante el encuentro que se efectuó en la Casa de los Gobernadores, el mandatario confirmó la declaración hecha por el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador durante su conferencia matutina, relativo a que visitará el estado el próximo miércoles para dar el banderazo de inicio de construcción del Tren Maya.
En presencia de funcionarios federales, estatales y de las Fuerzas Armadas, Aysa González expuso el planteamiento que presentó al Gobierno de México, en el seno de la Comisión Ejecutiva de Salud de la Conago, para que el sistema del semáforo epidemiológico COVID-19 mida por separado el grado de riesgo de la industria petrolera del nivel de seguridad sanitaria que presentan los 11 municipios del estado.
Abundó que conforme vaya indicando el semáforo sobre las condiciones sanitarias del estado, se irán abriendo gradualmente otras actividades; por lo pronto, mencionó, ya se trabaja en el diseño de protocolos para cuando reinicien la industria turística y hotelera.
Por su parte, el secretario estatal de Salud, José Luis González Pinzón, presentó la situación epidemiológica estatal y dijo que Campeche se mantiene con un promedio de movilidad baja.
Explicó que el sistema de semáforo COVID-19 irá identificando los niveles de riesgo –máximo, alto, medio o bajo- que presente cada entidad mediante los colores rojo, naranja, amarillo y verde, con lo que se determinarán qué actividades se irán incorporando paulatinamente a la ‘nueva normalidad’.
Finalmente, comentó que el instrumento medirá las condiciones que presente cada estado en las categorías de ocupación hospitalaria, tendencia de hospitalización, tendencia síndrome COVID-19 y porcentaje de positividad.
Entre las autoridades de gobierno que estuvieron presentes en la reunión, destacan los secretarios general de Gobierno, Pedro Armentía López; de Desarrollo Social y Humano, Christian Castro Bello y de Seguridad Pública, Jorge Argáez Uribe, así como el presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, Miguel Ángel Chuc López.
