During the event, the head of SECTUR, Jorge Enrique Manos Esparragoza, recognized the vocation of service of Manuel Jesús Interián Cú, granting him recognition as «Distinguished Waiter» of the gastronomic corridor of Calle 59, after verifying his remarkable skills and a excellent service attitude. In the intervencion , ICTUR Tourism Training and Culture director, Carlos Cruz Pérez, acknowledged the coordinated work between both bodies to achieve events of this type, reiterating the support for the benefit of tourism.
