Do white teeth make you more attractive? It’s a common question and one that I will try to answer today! Many people believe that having white teeth will make them look more attractive, but what about men with white teeth? Do they have an advantage over men with yellow teeth? To find out the answers to these questions, you’ll have to keep reading!

WHAT EXACTLY IS TOOTH WHITENING?

If you’re a man and want white teeth, then tooth whitening or using an electric toothbrush is for you. White teeth are always attractive, and it can easily be achieved if you know what to do. Here are some tips on making your teeth whiter:

  • Brushing regularly with a whitening toothpaste.
  • Limiting your intake of coffee, tea, and red wine.
  • Staying away from nicotine products.
  • Use an at-home kit or visit your dentist every so often to have them bleached professionally.

All these things will help keep your teeth white. It’s also important to remember that while many factors determine whether someone is attractive, having white teeth isn’t necessarily one of them—so don’t worry too much about getting yours done!

DO WOMEN LIKE MEN WITH WHITE TEETH?

It’s a question that has perplexed men for years, but researchers from New York University have attempted to answer it once and for all: Do women find men with white teeth more attractive than those with yellow or stained teeth? The short answer is yes.

Even when researchers controlled for other factors like age and attractiveness of face shape, they found that white teeth were universally considered more attractive. So what does that mean for you? If you’re looking to improve your chances of getting a date (or at least making an impression), get your dentist on speed dial—it’ll be worth it in the long run.

For example, as silly as it sounds, studies show that having bad breath can make people perceive you as less attractive. Imagine how much more damaging having bad breath, and stained teeth would be! But don’t just take our word for it.

TIPS FOR BRUSHING YOUR TEETH

Keeping your teeth clean and healthy is probably one of your top dental priorities, but how well do you brush them? Most experts recommend brushing for two minutes twice a day. It can be hard to know how long you’ve been scrubbing away at your pearly whites with no clock in sight.

One way to ensure that you get all that tartar off is to brush in front of a mirror, but if even that’s not enough motivation for you, try holding a check-in call with a loved one after each brush. If they can hear you on the other end of your cell phone through those chompers (instead of just hearing loud sucking noises), there’s still more gunk to come off!

WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR MOUTH HYGIENE

Flossing and brushing your teeth twice a day using a soft-bristled toothbrush that is designed for people with sensitive gums or learning how to brush your teeth with an electric toothbrush properly is essential. A soft toothbrush will help reduce gum and enamel damage while still cleaning your teeth.

Rinse with mouthwash after brushing to remove any remaining bacteria. Be aware that mouthwash may have an alcohol content, which dries out your mouth and may lead to even more bad breath. Talk to your dentist about what’s best for you, but be sure to stay hydrated with water throughout the day.

Chew sugarless gum after eating sugary foods, such as candy or soda, which can exacerbate bad breath if they aren’t adequately digested in one sitting.

CONCLUSION

So, to sum up, whether white teeth can make you more attractive is complicated. If you don’t like men with beards, prefer men with blonde hair, or are only attracted to older men, then white teeth can certainly make you more attractive. But for most women, it is hard to isolate the significance of white teeth when there are many other aspects of attraction that go into the makeup of attractiveness.

So unless you need your teeth to be a little more squeaky clean, do not buy whitening strips just yet, except as an investment for your future dental hygiene! For the most part, one is better off avoiding whitening products to maintain healthy and attractive teeth.
