Following the instructions of the State Governor, Carlos Miguel Aysa González, the head of the Secretariat of Tourism (SECTUR) Jorge E. Manos Esparragoza, in coordination with the Carmen City Council, chaired by Óscar Román Rosas González and staff of the Tourism Coordination Municipal, visited various lodging establishments to deliver recognitions for the implementation of the Clean Point Quality Certification, Maximum Hygienic Quality, distinguishing the participation and congratulating the hotel businessmen for the success obtained.
On this occasion, 13 participating companies joined and received online training, personalized advice and verification visits. The program was led by Erik F. Pinzón Charles and Herminia Guadalupe Casanova Arévalo, consultants endorsed by the Federal Tourism Secretariat.

Manos Esparragoza, recognized the commitment shown in the implementation of the measures endorsed by said certification, which will allow Carmen to be promoted as a tourist destination with companies committed to health safety and the guarantee of a hygiene culture throughout the value chain.
