MEXICO CITY-. For the support that President Andrés Manuel López Obrador has granted to Campeche, Governor Carlos Miguel Aysa González this afternoon concluded a historic agreement with the director general of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), Manuel Bartlett Díaz, which will benefit families friendly with the reduction of electric energy charges.
In CFE headquarters, both officials signed the agreement that establishes the joint investment of more than 130 million pesos to launch a unique model at the national level that will allow applying rate 1F in the municipalities of Carmen, Palizada and Candelaria, as of April 1, and grant direct consumption support in the rest of the municipalities for more than 85 percent of users with a domestic summer tariff.
Aysa González recognized the support that the country’s first president has given his administration to meet one of the most heartfelt demands of the families of Campeche and generate significant savings in their economy.
