With the purpose of guaranteeing the right to health, the Culture Secretariat of the Executive Power of the State of Campeche (SECULT) reports the cancellation of monthly scheduled cultural events corresponding to the months of March and April 2020, this according to the provisions for prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
In this way, all classes, courses and workshops in spaces such as the «La Chácara» Children’s and Youth Culture Center, «El Claustro» Cultural Center, «La Arrocera» Visual Arts Training and Production Center, the «Cultural Center» José Narváez Márquez ”(House of Music) and the Imi II Community Development Center run by SECULT will be suspended starting this Friday, March 20.
Visiting and consultation services at the Campeche Library, the State Central Public Library “Lic. Francisco Sosa Escalante ”and the Museum of the Cultural Center“ El Palacio ”, will be carried out normally and with limited space, making use at all times of the pertinent prevention measures that have been made public by the Ministry of Health.
Similarly, the activities of the Multimedia Show «Celebremos Campeche» and the Marine Sources «Poesía del Mar» are suspended; These measures will be implemented until further notice, according to the indications issued
